Choose the operating depth. Add the seats you need.

Every plan uses the same per-seat model. Add the people who need app access; the plan determines how deeply your company can run the operating loop.

One seat model across every plan

Each active or invited person with app access uses one paid seat. Starter, Professional, and Advanced differ by capability depth—not by how many people your company may add.

Self-service supports 1–500 seats. Contact us for larger rollouts.

Count active and invited people who need their own GembaTrack login.

Compare what each plan lets your company run

The plan defines workspace capability depth. Seat count only determines how many active or invited people receive that access.

Estimate potential workforce value

Use inputs you already know—people, paid hours, average hourly pay, and a conservative recovery percentage—to compare potential capacity value with subscription and rollout cost. This is not a guarantee.

Selected scenario

Professional · 10 paid seats · monthly billing

$5,880 / year

Your assumptions

Start with the workforce using the workflow. Paid seats set the subscription price; the people below set the workforce value calculation.

Defaults to the selected paid seats. Lower it if only some app users participate in this workflow.

Use the normal weekly paid schedule for this group, before any recovery assumption.

Use direct average pay only. The calculator does not add payroll taxes, benefits, or overhead.

Use the number of weeks this workflow normally operates, excluding shutdowns or extended closures.

Paid time you plan to recover

Choose a visible planning assumption. Start at 5%; 20% is intentionally labeled aggressive.

At 5%, the estimate assumes 2 paid hours recovered per person each week.

Optional rollout service

Choose the support level you want to include in the first-year comparison. Each range is based mainly on training participants; the calculator uses the midpoint as a planning allowance.

These are planning ranges, not binding quotes. Final scope depends on workflow count, departments or sites, data preparation, and the number of live training sessions.

See the rollout and services price catalog

Review transparent planning prices for company and user setup, department/module training, flowcharts and VSM, time studies, and quote rules. Professional services are optional and separate from the subscription.

Potential first-year result

Potential net first-year value

$16,370
Potential capacity value
$24,000
Subscription + rollout allowance
$7,630
Potential ROI
214.6%
Potential payback
3.8 months
Break-even recovery rate
1.6%

At these inputs, recovering about 1.6% of paid time would cover the subscription and selected rollout allowance.

How the estimate is calculated

Potential capacity value = people using the workflow × average paid hours × working weeks × average hourly pay × recovery percentage.

People using the workflow
10 people
Paid hours in scope
19,200 hours / year
Direct pay in scope
$480,000
Selected recovery assumption
5%
Potential recovered time
960 hours / year
Potential capacity value
$24,000
Annual subscription
$5,880
Rollout planning allowance
$1,750

Average hourly pay is direct pay only; payroll taxes, benefits, and overhead are not added. Recovered time is potential capacity, not automatic cash savings. Actual results depend on adoption, input accuracy, and whether the recovered time is put to useful work. GembaTrack does not guarantee this estimate.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

The seat model, capability boundaries, AI status, and value estimate should be clear before you start.

What counts as a paid seat?
For this estimate, count each active or invited person who needs their own GembaTrack app login. The plan price is charged for each of those seats.
Can I add more people on Starter?
Yes. There is no plan-specific seat cap. Self-service supports 1–500 paid seats on every plan; contact us for a larger rollout.
What changes when I choose a higher plan?
Capability depth changes, not the seat model. Professional connects the operating loop, while Advanced adds multi-division governance, deeper controls, and separately activated Ask Gemba access.
How do monthly and annual billing work?
Monthly billing is the default and keeps the listed monthly seat price. Annual billing is paid for the year and reduces the annual subscription by 15%.
Does Professional include AI?
No. Professional includes deterministic analytics, exceptions, and Reality Gap signals that work without an AI provider.
What AI access comes with Advanced?
Advanced is eligible for Ask Gemba after separate entitlement and provider activation. Ask Gemba is read-only and cannot create, edit, approve, or delete operational records.
Does Advanced include external connectors?
Advanced includes integration readiness and governed data handoffs. It does not promise a preconfigured ERP, accounting, billing, or other third-party connector.
Is rollout support included in the seat price?
No. Rollout services are optional and shown separately as planning ranges. The calculator uses the selected range midpoint only for comparison; final scope and price depend on workflows, departments or sites, data preparation, and training sessions.
Is the value estimate a guaranteed ROI?
No. It is a transparent potential-value estimate based on people, paid hours, direct average hourly pay, working weeks, and the recovery percentage you select. Actual results depend on adoption, execution, and whether recovered capacity becomes useful operating or cash value.
