GembaTrack provides software tools for process mapping, SOP management, execution monitoring, analytics, and operational planning. Features may evolve over time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate signup and billing information.
4. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan, seat count, and billing cycle. Charges renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for your organization's usage.
6. Intellectual Property
GembaTrack and its underlying software, branding, and materials remain our intellectual property. Your company retains ownership of the operational data you submit.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. You may cancel your subscription according to your billing settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GembaTrack is provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
